Membership Policy

Plans and prices
Business: ₹2,499 for 6 months or ₹3,999 for 12 months, one owner. Business Plus: ₹5,999 for 6 months or ₹9,999 for 12 months, one owner and up to three additional active team members. Prices exclude 18% GST and are paid upfront. Project retained share is separate from membership.
Email and fulfilment
One Zoho Mail mailbox with 10 GB storage is included only in 12-month Business Plus. Six-month plans and Business do not include business email. Provisioning is manual after eligibility checks; the setup date and mailbox identity are confirmed by FSW. Brand assets use approved templates. Before relying on a time-sensitive benefit, obtain its written fulfilment schedule.
Activation, renewal and changes
Activation follows Razorpay captured-payment verification. Same-plan renewal extends the existing future expiry; otherwise the term starts on activation. An active plan cannot be changed through a standard renewal checkout; contact FSW for an assisted change or select a different plan after expiry. There is no automatic recurring debit in the current checkout.
Expiry and authorisation
Membership is software/programme eligibility; brand authorisation additionally requires approval and a current agreement. Expiry stops new authorised business use; it does not forfeit already earned lawful professional fees or by itself require renewal before an otherwise eligible payout. Contact FSW for data/account closure, outstanding payment claims or mailbox export. A renewal does not retrospectively cure unauthorised commitments. Fair access and team permissions remain applicable.
