Who processes your information
Fine Shape Works, a partnership firm in Delhi, operates the FSW Authorised Creative Partner Programme. Privacy and grievance requests may be sent to info@fineshape.in, addressed to Justice Hand Law Firm as the designated grievance/escalation contact. Information and purposes
We process account/contact details, client and project records, billing and transaction references, support messages, and security/activity logs to provide the programme, administer contracts, prevent fraud and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Partner verification additionally uses PAN, bank particulars, bank proof and the signed partner agreement for identity, authorisation, tax and payout checks. Full Aadhaar copies and bank login credentials are not requested by this workflow.
Choice, permissions and public verification
The verification form records an affirmative agreement and purpose-specific data acknowledgement. Public listing is optional. An opted-in active partner verification page displays the approved professional name, service category and authorisation status only; documents, PAN and bank details remain private. You must have a lawful basis to enter client or colleague information and must not upload unnecessary personal data.
Service providers and security
Membership payments use Razorpay; eligible business email uses Zoho Mail. Necessary information may be processed by hosting, communication, professional advisers and authorised operational providers for the stated purposes. We do not sell verification documents. Access controls, encrypted verification fields/documents and download logs are used; no system is represented as completely risk-free.
Retention and requests
Records are retained only for service delivery, genuine dispute/security needs and applicable financial/legal retention duties; obsolete operational copies are reviewed for deletion. Request access, correction, withdrawal of optional publication or deletion at info@fineshape.in. Identity may be verified before action. Withdrawal may limit a service requiring that information; legally required records may need to be retained. We explain the applicable exception rather than promise unconditional deletion.
Minors and changes
The programme and paid professional accounts are for persons aged 18 or above with contractual capacity. Do not submit a minor’s verification documents. Material policy changes carry an updated version/date and require renewed acknowledgement where appropriate.
